Manual QA Tester

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Contract Manual QA Tester to join our growing QA team.

• Write test cases in Test Rail
• Perform thorough manual testing on web, mobile, or desktop applications, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Provide detailed and actionable feedback to developers and product teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices

• 4+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience testing REST APIs, web applications, and mobile applications
• Proficient with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team – needs to be available for UTC(−05:00) hours for meetings, but can work asynchronously outside of this

Hourly Rate: $30 to $37 (This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
