What You'll Do
Create winning marketing strategies for Class A office properties

Analyze workplace trends to position buildings competitively

Develop compelling presentations that secure high-value leasing assignments

Build relationships with influential property owners and corporate tenants

Master the art of office lease negotiations and transaction management

What Sets You Apart
Must-Have:
Drive for success and entrepreneurial spirit

1-4+ years in sales or commercial real estate experience

Passion for understanding the evolving workplace marketplace

Real Estate license on start date

Nice-to-Have:
Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

Office sector knowledge or connections with property owners

Estimated compensation for this position:
68,640. USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
