We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time Home Inspector role at JOC Property Inspections Inc. As a Home Inspector, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties, identifying and documenting issues, and preparing detailed reports for clients. You will assist homeowners, buyers, and sellers with accurate property assessments to guide informed decisions. This is an on-site position based in San Francisco, CA.

• Experience with Property Inspections and general Inspection practices
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to create clear and comprehensive inspection reports
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in technology and tools related to property inspection is a plus
• Certifications such as ASHI or similar qualifications are preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
