Job Description Summary
The Renovation Foreman is responsible for developing and executing effective renovation schedules that turn units over to properties on time; ordering all necessary materials and keeping accurate records of all units and items utilized for each.

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience

Strong organizational skills with a solid background in electrical systems required.
- Responsible for the renovation of units which could include but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning and painting. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations including, but not limited to, the use of a back brace, safety goggles and gloves as appropriate while renovating units.
- Develops contract renovation schedules, monitors progress, and holds contractors accountable to strict production schedules. Ensure all contracted duties adhere to a detailed scope of work.
- Negotiate pricing for all contracted work, including change orders, staying within or below budget. Order project related materials within budget guidelines; maintaining accurate documentation of each ordered item.
- Maintain constant communication with community managers; providing daily project updates.
- Inspect vacant units and inventory work to be performed adhering to the renovation process.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
