Role DescriptionThis full-time remote role as an MLO Real Estate Agent involves guiding buyers through the home acquisition process with a focus on advocacy and personalized service. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering market-driven insights, assisting with property searches, and providing support for financing solutions. Collaboration with the integrated team of advisors is essential to ensure a seamless, data-informed, and client-first experience.
Qualifications- Proven experience in real estate transactions, including buyer representation and an in-depth understanding of the housing market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage loan origination, financing strategies, and financial product options.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills with an emphasis on education and advocacy.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and client needs to develop tailored home buying strategies.
- Proficiency with real estate management tools, CRM platforms, and digital collaboration software.
- Active real estate license and MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) license in applicable states.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adept at working in a remote team environment.
- Experience in a technology-driven brokerage is a plus.
