, applying state-of-the‑art foundation models to drug discovery and biological systems.

This is not a bio company hiring AI talent.

This is an AI research company operating at the biological frontier.

You do not need a biology background.

You do need to be an exceptional foundation‑model researcher.

We’re hiring Senior Research Scientists to lead foundational work on large‑scale models that will define how AI is applied to drug discovery.

This role is for researchers who already operate at the frontier and want:

• Freedom to think deeply about models, not just ship features
• The opportunity to apply foundation models where they can change an entire field

• Research and development of foundation models (large‑scale, generative, multimodal)
• Model architectures, pretraining objectives, and scaling strategies
• Representation learning and generalization at scale
• Translating frontier research into core systems
• Setting long‑term research bets alongside the founding team

We are intentionally selective.

• PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related field
• Proven experience working on foundation models / LLMs / large‑scale representation learning
• Track record of exceptional research output (top conferences, top industrial labs, or equivalent impact)
• Strong theoretical intuition combined with large‑scale execution
• Comfort operating with ambiguity at the research frontier

FAIR, Deep Mind, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or similarly elite research labs

• Top‑of‑market compensation (salary, bonus, and significant early equity)
• Founders with deep frontier research credibility
