We are a well‑funded biotech startup that has developed a proprietary single‑cell platform that resolves a bottleneck for immunotherapy. We are currently looking for an antibody development scientist to join our interdisciplinary team. The candidate is expected to adapt quickly and communicate well, especially in a fast‑paced startup environment. They will collaborate with other team members and be part of an exciting journey.

- Design T‑cell engagers and execute their development and optimization campaigns.
- Work with internal and external teams on antibody discovery, characterization, and production.
- Drive develop ability and manufacturability assessments.
- Manage external relationships and deliverables.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with computational scientists and immunologists to optimize and validate candidate molecules through iterative engineering and in‑vitro/ in‑vivo studies.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Biochemistry, Protein Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in biochemistry, protein engineering, and Molecular Biology.
- 5+ years industry experience leading the design, production, and develop ability optimization of mult‑specific antibodies.
- Experience with antibody discovery/engineering using phage/yeast display is a plus.
- Experience with in‑vitro functional studies of mult‑specific antibodies is a plus.
- Experience working with CROs is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment, take initiative, and drive projects forward independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $160,000 (depending on the depth of expertise) + 10% performance bonus + equity.
- For a Principal Scientist with proven technical expertise and cross‑functional project leadership, compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
