Build the next
world model.
We're a small team building a foundational, physics-based world model — and the surfaces that ride on it: robots, worlds, drama, agents. If any of that resonates, send us a note.

Set the technical direction for the world model. Mix of ML research, engineering taste, and the courage to commit to a long-horizon bet. Experience with 3D Gaussian Splatting or large-scale generative models expected.
Build the substrate. Train and ship the core models. Own training infra, evaluation, and the loop from a paper to a shipped model. Strong background in 3D GS or generative models (diffusion, video, world models).
Bring the world model inside robotics platforms. Perception, prediction, policy — one model, all three. Background in 3D GS, generative world models, or robotics learning.
A CS background or equivalent depth — by degree or by doing.
- High agency – You spot the problem and drive the fix before anyone asks.
- Fast learner – You absorb new ground quickly and thrive when the pace is high.
- Kind & collaborative – You make the team around you better.
