Manager, Global Research and Strategy

Duties:
Develop, execute and present major presentations and white papers, investment strategy recommendations, predictive analytics, and process improvements. Work across the Global Research team and different groups within the company to formulate and test theses, leveraging both internal and third‑party data. Conduct primary and secondary research on logistics real estate fundamentals, drivers of demand and supply, and synthesize findings into investment recommendations, with outputs such as memos, presentations, and/or analytical models.

Translate learnings into innovative insights that drive action and change. Help develop and maintain forecasts/models for key drivers of real estate performance: rents, cap rates, occupancy, economic and demographic forces, customer and investor trends, and risk factors. Serve as a backup point of communication between Global Research and external stakeholders such as public/private investors, customers and industry groups.
