Genentech is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow (Computational) to lead the computational analysis of large-scale sequencing data to identify rare coding variants associated with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease and ALS. You will develop methods that use protein structural information to map hotspots in disease genes and build calibrated variant-effect models.
The role requires strong quantitative skills, a publication record, and the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
