AboutThe Role
You will design our technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex proteomic data, mapping out end-to-end data analysis workflows and working from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions. You will lead a team of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach these agents to reason better across:
- Proteomic data QC → analysis
- NGS-Based Proteomics
- Liquid Chromatograph / Mass Spectrometry
- Protein Sequencing
- Single-molecule proteomics
- Affinity-targeted assays
- X-Ray Crystallography
- Spatial proteomics
- Clinical interpretation of proteomics data
- 5+ years hands‑on experience with genomics or genetics data
- Experience in drug mechanism of action studies using population genomics
- Prior contribution to a novel genomics method, tool, or published pipeline
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
- $180k+ base, increasing with technical depth and experience
