UC San Francisco’s Pownall Lab seeks a Full Specialist to study chromatin biology in developing zebrafish embryos using state‑of‑the‑art microscopy. You will design and perform experiments, breed zebrafish, microinject embryos, culture cells, and perform cloning, RNA synthesis, immunostaining, and advanced imaging techniques.
You’ll contribute to publications, mentor lab members, and help manage day‑to‑day lab operations.
