CRISPR Therapeutics in San Francisco seeks a Scientist II to advance in vivo gene insertion across tissues and cell types. You will design workflows in primary cells, including T cells, using cloning, transduction, and novel tLNP approaches, and collaborate to reach clinical readiness.
You will quantify editing efficiency, perform ddPCR and T cell phenotyping assays, and apply immunology expertise to develop new editing modalities while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
