Oura seeks a Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Lead to own the economic evidence layer of our clinical outcomes research. You will translate clinical and real-world evidence into defensible economic value for payers and employers, producing evidence packages for healthcare growth and investor scrutiny.
You will develop budget-impact, cost-effectiveness, and ROI models, collaborate with researchers, and anchor outcomes research goals with payer- and employer-facing evidence.
