Scientist, Protein Biochemistry

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Protein Biochemist to join our research and development team. The role involves characterizing and purifying proteins, supporting our drug discovery pipeline, and contributing to experimental design. The ideal candidate will have experience in protein biochemistry, purification techniques, and analytical methods to support our scientific and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct experiments for protein purification, characterization, and stability testing.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot protocols for protein expression and purification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance project timelines and milestones.
• Document and analyze experimental data, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to the team.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field, with a focus on protein biochemistry.
• Proficiency in protein purification techniques (e.g., chromatography, HPLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with protein characterization methods (e.g., SDS-PAGE, mass spectrometry).
