Pay rate: $45-75 per hour

A rapidly growing biotechnology start-up is seeking a highly motivated scientist with advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.) and 1–3 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about technology-driven innovation to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to advancing human stem cell applications.
Qualifications- Demonstrated expertise in mammalian cell culture, including human and rodent cell lines, stem cells, primary cells, and their various workflows.
- Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and optimizing reporter assays to industry standards.
- Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell sorting, quantitative PCR (qPCR), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) techniques.
- Proven track record developing and executing in vitro cell‑based assays across 2D, 3D, spheroid, and organoid models.
- Meticulous technical writing skills and strong oral communication ability, complemented by excellent organizational acumen.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven start‑up environment; exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborates effectively with scientific and business stakeholders.
- Significant experience with human stem cell research and stem cell culture techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cell‑based assay design and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP laboratory practices and quality systems is advantageous.
- Exposure to cell culture automation technologies is a strong plus.
