Senior Scientist - Oncology Research

The company's robust and differentiated pipeline spans multiple treatment modalities, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), T-cell engagers, and immune modulators such as cytokines, with several programs advancing through clinical development.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist I to join the Oncology Research team. The successful candidate will have hands‑on experience leading early discovery research programs and teams, and will be technically skilled in developing and executing complex cell‑based assays to characterize novel biologics. The candidate will have the opportunity to lead programs from discovery through the progression of IND‑enabling studies, working collaboratively across departments.

In this role, the individual will design and conduct high‑quality experiments independently. They will be responsible for data analysis, thorough documentation of work, and clear communication of results.

• Lead research programs and work collaboratively with line functions to define strategic direction and execute on programs
• Design, implement, analyze, and report high‑quality experiments to enable decision making
• Keep detailed, accurate, and up‑to‑date records of all experimental procedures and results
• Present data at project team meetings and internal reviews with key stakeholders

• PhD in Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Immunology, or related field
• 4-6 years of industry experience (may include industry post‑doc)
• Proven expertise with laboratory techniques including cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, flow cytometry, and cytokine analysis is required
• Hands‑on experience with functional characterization of ADCs through lead selection
• Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and scientific achievement in oncology
• Ability to work independently and to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with colleagues from diverse disciplines is essential
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills are required
• Please note that presentation of a scientific seminar is required during the interview process

• Strong background in immunology, and experience working with immunotherapy is preferred
