Senior UX Researcher

• Own end-to-end research for defined product areas, from framing questions through delivering findings
• Design and execute mixed-method research programs combining qualitative depth with quantitative rigor
• Identify high-leverage research opportunities and build a proactive research agenda
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science as a strategic peer
• Shape roadmaps, surface risks, and challenge assumptions with user evidence
• Lead research on sexual health, men's wellness, and LGBTQ+ experiences
• Build trust and apply methodological care to sensitive research topics
• Expand quantitative research capabilities through scalable methods and frameworks
• Deliver insights that drive product and business decisions

• 5+ years of product research experience independently owning research in a complex, fast-moving product environment
• Strong mixed-method research foundation with quantitative depth, including surveys at scale, conjoint analysis, statistical analysis, or equivalent
• Experience researching sensitive or personal topics
• Ability to build trust, ensure participant safety, protect participant privacy, and navigate nuanced subject matter
• Proven cross-functional influence shaping product decisions as a peer to Product Management and Design
• Experience with consumer products serving a large and diverse user base, ideally in social, dating, health, or community-driven contexts
• Clear, compelling communication of research findings to working teams and senior stakeholders
• AI-native or rapidly becoming so, with active use of AI tools in workflow
• Genuine curiosity and respect for communities and topics involving identities, health, and relationships
• Comfort operating in a lean, high-trust environment and defining the research agenda
• Ability to move between strategic framing and hands-on research execution

Demonstrates expertise in mixed-method research, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches to deliver actionable insights. Proven ability to influence product decisions and navigate sensitive topics while ensuring participant safety and privacy.
