- Responsibilities:
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Kitchen's cold food production area to meet standards.;
Assist in planning and development of recipes and ensure correct preparation and presentation of all food items.;
Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.;
Ensure sanitation standards are in compliance and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.;
Communicate with staff and management to meet operational needs and participate in regular operational meetings.
