Serving both Northern and Southern authentic Italian cuisine with locations across the country, we are searching for a top caliber Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidate who is dedicated to providing the best possible experiences for their guests and team members, to lead our client’s high-volume location in the south end of the Bay Area. Our client’s restaurants embody the Italian traditions of food, friendship and hospitality, and is equally famous for its quirky décor and upbeat atmosphere.

To deliver a superior dining experience to all guests, the Kitchen Manager contributes to the success of the business through the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. The Kitchen Manager’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales, cost controls, and profit objectives, maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation by assisting in the direction and supervising of managers and family members.

Ideal candidate will have the following:

• 2 years high volume BOH management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Ability to motivate staff to excel in high-volume, time sensitive environment
• Ability to consistently deliver high quality food
• Understanding of budgeting and BOH operations
• Passion for developing and mentoring a team

• $55,000 – $70,000/yr. based on experience
