About the RoleAs Lead Cook, you'll be the production mastermind behind our kitchen. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations. Proper kitchen organization and flow, menu execution, staff mentoring and administration will all be a part of your purview. This is your chance to showcase excellence, from leadership and culinary skills, to operational best practices.
Responsibilities- Hire, mentor, and direct a diverse team of kitchen staff.
- Implement and perfect new and exciting menus that wow our guests.
- Ensure proper food preparation, equipment operation, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
- Create schedules for maintenance of kitchen and back-of-house equipment.
- 3+ years of experience as Lead Line Cook, Kitchen Manager
- Level-headed with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven skills in training kitchen staff.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
- Experience with authentic Southeast Asian dishes and flavor profiles (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong budgeting and labor/food cost allocation skills.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed.

Job Pay$30+/hr depending on skills and experience. May turn into a salaried position for the right candidate.

This position is full-time, and will include both Lunch and Dinner shifts.
