Prepare menu items as directed on the Production Sheet;
Follow recipes and menu as outlined by Catering by LEGENDS Global standard recipe book or as directed;
Maintain quality food production standards of Catering By LEGENDS Global;
Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions and environment;
Prepare cold food items, including salads, sandwiches, and hors doeuvres, as instructed by the Production Sheet or the Manager
