About the role:In this role as part of our emerging Wholesale team, you ll be pivotal in support/administrative functions for our various wholesale customers. This role blends organization, communication, and commercial thinking to ensure our wholesale partners receive a seamless, on-brand experience—from showroom to shop floor. You’ll work cross-functionally to help keep product, orders, and information moving smoothly in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
What you’ll do:Wholesale & Account Support
- Wholesale & Account Support:
Support the wholesale sales team across domestic and international accounts - Serve as a key point of contact for wholesale partners regarding product details, delivery timelines, and purchase order entry
- Assist in creating and maintaining seasonal sell-in tools including line sheets, price lists, sample coordination and collating seasonal product presentations
Order Management & Operations
- Enter, manage, and track wholesale orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Enter, manage, track retailer approved returns
- Manage upload of each collections’ product and UPC (universal product code) information into GXS
- Monitor order progress from confirmation through shipment, proactively flagging risks or changes
- Partner with production, logistics, and planning teams to support on-time delivery and accurate documentation
- Create order confirmations, post market for all international partners
- Own vendor portals - to locate vendor guides for shipping and order management requirements
- Responsible for product activations/deactivations for drop ship customers via Shopify
Showroom, Market & Sample Coordination
- Support seasonal markets, trade shows, and showroom appointments
- Coordinate samples, showroom organization, and market materials
- Track sample requests and returns to support sales and merchandising needs
- Partner with sales to document each clients assortment
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with merchandising, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product/pricing/delivery changes
- Work closely with marketing/creative. Gathering required PDP image and copy requirements, prep product attribute templates and manage timely pass off to creative and to retailer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and willing to work with internal teams to share necessary information
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A strong interest in wholesale/sales and a desire to learn new processes
- 1–3 years of experience in wholesale coordination, sales operations, or a related role (fashion or footwear preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Clear, thoughtful communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Experience working in SPS commerce, SAP, Shopify, Nuorder (ideal experience but not required)
- Proficient in Excel is a must (lookup, pivot tables, sum-ifs)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially aware

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
