AboutThe Role
In this role you will lead and direct visual merchandising responsibilities for a group of stores. With your team store teams, you will bring to life seasonal in-store floor sets and window presentations that align to our brand’s vision and codes and drive store sales performance. Responsible for stores in the SF Bay Area and Los Angeles markets.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)- Utilize knowledge of current trends in the marketplace regarding styling and merchandising techniques in every visual decision you make in-store.
- Develop, teach, train and coach store teams to enhance their skills and abilities and elevate visual execution.
- Create high quality seasonal in-store and window displays that ensure the brand is relevant in the competitive landscape.
- Bring to life consistent styling in-store that is aspirational and upholds the brand codes and standards.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to ensure and communicate in-store product selections align with inventory levels and product on hand.
- Inspect stores to ensure brand vision is realized in all areas; follow up with visual in-store teams regularly on execution and growth, sharing feedback with GMs and DMs.
- Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions in the moment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with the team while handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to probe beyond the stated situation to identify underlying issues and consider possible alternatives and solutions.
- Good understanding of concepts and procedures within your subject area.

Salary Range: $71,300 - $103,900 USD. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
