• Accurately pick and pack items based on customer orders.
• Ensure product quality by selecting fresh, unexpired items and adhering to food safety standards.
• Communicate with customers via the app to handle any changes or product substitutions.
• Communicate any concerns and/or opportunities to increase sales to Store Management.
• Follow store‑specific processes for navigating aisles and scanning items.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Operate with care in handling and packing fragile or temperature‑sensitive items.
• Processing orders in a timely manner and completing the in‑store purchase successfully.
• Preparing items for pick‑up.

• Must be 21 years or older (purchase may include alcoholic beverages).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk/stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of grocery items and ability to make appropriate substitutions.
• Smartphone with the Instacart Shopper app installed.

• Previous experience in grocery shopping, retail, or customer service.
• Familiarity with various store layouts and product locations.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

• Customer‑centric approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for managing substitutions or unavailability of products.

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
• Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
• Ability to push/pull carts filled with groceries.
• Reaching, bending, and squatting to retrieve products from shelves.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

$20-25/hour

Full‑service shoppers must have reliable transportation to and from work.

There may be opportunities to cross‑train and work in other positions throughout the store.
