Assistant Stylist; In-Store

Kamperett is a San Francisco-based womenswear brand creating effortlessly chic pieces for the discerning woman. With a focus on high-quality fabrics, refined tailoring, and timeless design, we take a thoughtful approach to sustainability. Every piece is designed and made locally in our Mission District atelier, crafted in small batches with meticulous attention to detail.

We are expanding our team and looking for a personable and detail-oriented Stylist Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting our stylist during private appointments, leading private appointments and delivering a luxurious experience to our high-end clientele, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.

• Assist the lead stylist with in-store private appointments, primarily serving brides and high-end clientele.
• Deliver a luxury experience to clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage post-appointment, follow up communication with clients regarding styles and purchasing information
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing client intake forms and pulling requested items
• Create a warm and luxurious experience for client appointments
• Help steam garments, merchandise racks, and pull requested items.
• Assist with inventory management as needed.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—warm and empathetic with a personable and friendly demeanor
• Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking abilities and an attention to detail
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• An interest in fashion and a love of style/styling
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
