About Us

Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and performance. Our mission is “Connect technology to life in a trustworthy, fun, and profitable way”. We work closely with Verizon and our brand partners to deliver exceptional product offerings, promotions, and campaigns that drive in-store traffic and revenue.

Job Description

Are you a seasoned investigator with sharp interviewing skills and a drive to reduce fraud, theft, and operational risk in retail? Do you combine a strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to investigations? Victra is the leading exclusive, premium retailer for Verizon with a mission of connecting technology to life in the most trusting and profitable way.

As a Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM), you’ll play a critical role in identifying, investigating, and resolving incidents of theft, fraud, and compliance gaps across your assigned region. This position is a blend of strategic leadership and investigative execution. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build strong partnerships with field teams, is confident conducting interviews, and brings an analytical, problem‑solving mindset to every case.

This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be in the field, partnering with leaders and making an impact.

Key Responsibilities

The RAPM reports to the Director of Field Asset Protection and serves as a trusted partner to Regional Sales Directors and Field Leadership. You’ll lead investigations, identify trends, improve compliance, and support store teams in driving a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

  • Investigative Excellence:
Lead internal and external theft/fraud investigations, conducting professional interviews. Document findings thoroughly and work with HR and Legal to support case resolution.
  • Strategic Partnership:
Build strong working relationships with field leadership to support operational goals, improve store compliance, and reduce overall risk.
  • Field Presence:
Spend time in stores to identify trends, support teams, conduct audits, and observe operations in real‑time.
  • Data‑Driven Focus:
Use data and reporting tools to identify high‑risk activity and guide investigative priorities and resource allocation.
  • Training and Communication:
Coach store leaders on loss prevention fundamentals, policy adherence, and how to recognize and respond to suspicious activity.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Help evolve our AP program by bringing forward new ideas, tools, or processes that enhance efficiency and results.
  • Collaboration and Special Projects:
Partner cross‑functionally and take on special projects that improve company‑wide risk mitigation efforts.
