Back Office Assistant

Overview

We’re hiring a reliable and organized Administrative & Inventory Assistant to join our team in our beautiful Union Square, San Francisco showroom.

• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Creating and managing invoices
• Assisting with showroom inventory control
• Supporting our sales team and helping maintain a smooth daily operation

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and email
• Previous admin or inventory experience is a plus
• Must be dependable and professional
