Summary
The Floor Supervisor supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets on the retail floor. They lead and coach the sales team, ensure merchandise is presented to brand standards, and help maintain efficient store operations in a luxury retail setting.
Responsibilities- Lead, train, and coach sales associates to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet sales goals.
- Supervise daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling support.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized to brand standards.
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock replenishment.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and upscale to management when appropriate.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with strong customer service focus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic inventory processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
