• Continually research Home decor trends and propose upcoming trend direction
• Identify and develop new category expansion ideas that would apply to our core customer
• Identify product trends using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Source expanded assortment product and support the merchandise planning team

Select weekly product assortment in collaboration with management team

• Adaptable to the fast-changing environment of a startup
• Passionate about Home Decor and Interior Styling
• Positive attitude – take initiative, hustle and do whatever it takes to get things done
