Merchandising Operations Associate

Job Overview

As a Merchandise Operations Associate at Neiman Marcus, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, ensuring merchandise organization and supporting store sales and profitability.

• Complete daily store operations in collaboration with leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise transfers, processing inbound and outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Place merchandise to meet standards, including pricing changes and reticketing.
• Manage inventory control processes: damages, out-of-stock marks, and related tasks.
• Maintain back-stocking, stockroom organization, and overall area cleanliness.
• Coordinate with visual merchandisers on product setup, signage, and sales events.
• Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
• Report to the RPSO Manager and work within a Neiman Marcus store location.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility to handle competing tasks with a win-together mentality.
• Basic proficiency with the MS Office Product Suite.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.51 per hour (varies by location). Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, vision, dental, 401k, basic life, supplemental life, disability, and additional voluntary benefits such as critical illness, hospital, and accident insurance. Employee discount.
