Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

$27.30 per hour (Base $19.61 + Targeted Commission). Join a retail team at Comcast Xfinity.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and process in‐store bill payments.
• Answer questions about current or new services, modify account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Comcast products and services, and demonstrate passion around technology.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Participate in a fun and competitive retail environment that connects products to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continuously.
• 2–5 years of relevant retail or customer service experience.

Base Pay: $19.61 per hour.

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay + Targeted Commission): $27.30 per hour.

Experience:

2–5 years.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.
