Starting hourly rate: $21.00 USD per hour

Target offers seasonal roles in specialty sales, service and engagement, and general merchandise and food sales. These roles provide specialized consultants, advocates of guest experience, and experts of operations and efficiency.

Team members in these roles can build skills in guest service, retail business fundamentals, and daily workload execution.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent service to guests, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. We also expect our team members to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, lift and move merchandise, and maintain flexible work schedules.

Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.
