Position Overview

Retail Assistant Manager – Part‑time (store 2277, Preston Ridge‑Maurices, Frisco, TX 75034). Supervise a store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, lead sales initiatives, and ensure efficient execution of company Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), including opening and closing duties.

Assist in the supervision of a store team, interact regularly with customers, lead the customer experience, strategize to achieve team sales goals, and act as a key holder responsible for accurate and timely execution of SOPs.
