KEY RESULT AREA:Maximize sales and customer satisfaction

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceptional sales and customer service
• Proactively ensure full merchandising and attractive display
• Take charge of the store and backroom
• Secure the company’s assets, comply with Airport/Mall and company regulations
• Be the Brand Ambassador for Chalo at the Airport/Mall
• Regularly communicate with the retail management and support team

REQUIREMENTS

• 12+ months prior sales experience in a retail environment
• Experience with Square retail systems preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English a must
• High school diploma level education preferred
• Able to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends (on rotation)
• Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds.

Pay scale: depending on experience and benefits on completion of probation.

Training will be provided.
