You will master our Cloud CX ethos to create wow moments and maintain a seamless, customer-centric operation. Reporting to the Store Leader, you’ll support daily tasks and ensure high performance through authentic service.
You will respond to fan inquiries, help with unpacking and stock, and uphold safety standards while contributing to events and store presence. Weekend and evening shifts required.
