Sales Manager

Summary

The Sales Manager leads the San Francisco boutique to achieve sales and client development goals through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. This role ensures exceptional client experiences while upholding brand standards and boutique presentation. The manager partners with store leadership to drive KPIs, manage inventory accuracy, and resolve escalated client issues.

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet individual and store performance goals.
• Drive boutique KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, and consignment.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to deepen client engagement and grow sales.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, hold store keys as needed, and ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Leverage CRM for appointment selling, client acquisition, and data enrichment.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards and manage escalated client issues.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with Women's and Men's ready-to-wear.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a results-driven focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
