Senior Revenue Accounting Manager

Join one of the fastest growing AI healthcare startups transforming how healthcare providers operate. Our client is a Series C funded company with over 300 healthcare customers, building an AI agent platform that's redefining operational efficiency across the healthcare industry. We re looking for an experienced Revenue Leader who is excited about leveraging AI to modernize finance operations and drive scalable revenue processes.

What You ll Do

• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and Accounts Receivable function
• Automate revenue process using AI
• Set up policies and procedures
• Work with external audit and provide supporting documentation
• Serve as the business owner for our proprietary AI platform, Tab, supporting O2C workflows
• Manage customer billing inquiries, collections, credit memos, and sales order processing
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to streamline revenue workflows
• Responsible for technical revenue memos
• Drive automation and process improvements through AI and intelligent systems
• Manage Revenue ASC 606 accounting
• Ensure seamless connectivity from customer orders through cash collection and revenue operations

What We re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing Order-to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, or Finance Systems
• Strong understanding of the full O2C lifecycle
• Experience buiding our ASC 606
• Experience working with AI-driven platforms, automation, or intelligent finance systems
• Proven ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• AI, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industry experience is a plus
