- A love for fashion and/or bridal, looking for a start (or to continue) building experience in the bridal or fashion industry
- Experience in customer service or customer facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with social media platforms including:
Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest - Ability to work on weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays)
- Run bridal appointments which includes styling the bride and executing upon follow-up. Assisting clients from beginning to end of purchase.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Wear many hats - as a small, tight-knit team, we all do a bit of everything! Must be excited and willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Develops knowledge of the bridal designers we carry, as well as stays current on wedding and fashion trends.
- Help with day-to-day store tasks, including but not limited to: tagging, steaming, and managing inbound and outbound shipping, keeping shop organized.
- Proficient and confident in opening and closing the store.
