This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in San Francisco, CA. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate jewelry and related products while delivering attentive, personalized service. Daily responsibilities include assisting with product selection, explaining features and care instructions, handling sales transactions, and meeting individual and store sales goals. The role also involves maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring store cleanliness, and supporting inventory processes such as tagging, stocking, and counting items.

Sales Associates collaborate with team members and management to support promotions, special events, and overall store performance.

• Customer service and client relationship skills, including active listening and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Sales and retail skills, such as product recommendation, upselling, and working toward sales targets.
• Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and the ability to explain product details and care instructions.
• Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills for handling transactions, payments, and receipts accurately.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining displays, managing inventory, and following store procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; jewelry experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is beneficial.
