REPORTS TO:

Store Manager PART-TIME: 10-25 hours/week. Weekend availability required (mainly Sunday) with potential to work weekdays shifts as well.

PAY RANGE: $20.50 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Topo Designs retail store employees provide exceptional customer experience, develop strong community relationships, and authentically communicate the brand message. Overview of responsibilities:
* Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products
* Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships
* Assist with local and in-store events
* Drive sales to meet goals and targets
* Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect
* Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures
* Implement merchandising strategies and directives
* Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand
* Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom
* Uphold a high level of asset protection
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
* Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and toolsWHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Experience Requirements: 1-3 years prior experience working in retail sales

Skills:

* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills
* Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
