Role

As a Relyance AI Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for the company by partnering with our Sales and Marketing team to source high quality prospects from all inbound and outbound motions. This role is hybrid and you must be able to commute to our San Francisco office (44 Montgomery Street) 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Qualifying and generating leads through outbound and inbound outreach activities, including cold calling.
  • Articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers to generate product interest.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Keeping up with product, service information, and updates, and generating updated scripts for prospecting motions and objection handling.
  • Partnering with our AE’s to collaborate on pipeline generation efforts.
  • Keeping Salesforce leads and contacts updated and current.
  • Following approved practices for outreach to prospective customers.
Qualifications
  • Experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry (new graduates also welcome).
  • Experience generating sales opportunities with enterprise prospects.
  • Gritty, self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Have excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the security or privacy space
  • Startup experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Nooks, Gong, Salesforce, Linked In

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 / year, with an expected OTE (on target earnings) of 100k / year (uncapped).
