We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s hungry to learn, loves connecting with people, and thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth — helping identify, engage, and qualify potential customers for our rapidly expanding AI solutions.
Responsibilities- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, calls, and social outreach.
- Research target accounts and identify the right decision‑makers across industries.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that communicates our AI value proposition clearly and compellingly.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges and assess fit.
- Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to set up qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in the CRM (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution and feedback.
- Learn continuously — about our customers, the AI industry, and your own craft.
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles (startup or SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong communication and writing skills — comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
- Driven, resilient, and curious mindset — you’re motivated by learning and problem‑solving.
- Excitement about AI, technology, and innovation — eager to understand how it transforms industries.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, Hub Spot, or Salesforce.
The annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $64,000 to $92,000+ with a pay mix of 70/30 (base/commission). Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Equity:
In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
