Our agency client is looking for a Director of Business Development to build and scale their outbound engine while driving new client partnerships.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and who wants to shape how our agency grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to expand our client base (experience with various Associations and/or Travel is a plus!).
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from prospect research and personalized outreach, to discovery calls, proposals, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within various industries, positioning the Agency as a trusted partner through thoughtful communication and solution-based selling.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue, refine messaging, and shape go-to-market strategies that fuel growth.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows, building networks and generating leads through presentations, consulting, and strategic outreach.
  • Leverage

    CRM and sales tools (e.g., Linked In Sales Navigator) to manage pipeline and optimize outreach.
  • Proven success leading business development and sales growth within a marketing, branding, or advertising agency.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 5 years of BD experience within a marketing, advertising, or similar business with a focus on project/service-oriented sales.
  • Understanding and experience utilizing sales methodologies (ie. MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED, etc).
  • Proven ability to create proposals and demos in response to RFPs.
  • Familiarity with relevant technology and tools (ie. Google Suite, project management software, Slack, zoom, CRM, etc).

The pay for this position ranges from $120,000-$150,0000 + commission.
