• We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale the company’s logistics business, helping businesses optimize shipping speeds, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• As an outbound BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers.
• Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by engaging decision-makers at eCommerce and retail brands.
• You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to build a high-quality pipeline, create engaging email and phone campaigns, and generate business.

• Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, and Linked In
• Engage and qualify leads by understanding their shipping challenges and needs
• Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Manage and track activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to refine messaging and target segments

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience
• Consistent, measurable over‑achievement in past experiences
• Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up-to-date about the logistics industry
• Desire to build a career in sales
• A high degree of ownership and grit
