Role OverviewWe are looking for a founding Business Development & GTM leader to drive outbound sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
You will work directly with the Founder to build and execute the go-to-market engine from the ground up.
This is an early-stage ownership role with meaningful equity and milestone-based cash compensation.
Responsibilities- Design and execute outbound sales strategy
- Generate and qualify B2B HR leads
- 3–7 years B2B SaaS sales experience
- Startup experience preferred
- Comfortable building from zero
- Strong outbound and closing skills
- AI / HR Tech experience is a plus
- Meaningful equity stake (0.5% – 1.0%)
- Cash component activated upon revenue milestone or funding
- High growth potential into GTM Lead / Head of Growth
