Hiring Enterprise Account Executives to scale sales and win flagship enterprise logos.

The Role

Own the full sales cycle selling AI solutions to insurance companies. Close $100K+ ACV deals with Heads of Underwriting, Heads of Claims, and C-level buyers.

Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle enterprise sales from lead to close
  • Build and manage pipeline (3-4x coverage)
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing on qualified leads
  • Position AI solutions to solve insurance workflows
  • Contribute to sales strategy, messaging, and pricing
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and exceed quota

Ground floor opportunity to build sales processes and shape GTM strategy at a fast-growing AI startup.

Requirements Must Have
  • 3+ years enterprise SaaS sales (full-cycle)
  • Closed $100K+ ACV deals
  • Experience with $1M+ quotas
  • SF office 5 days/week (non-negotiable)
  • Travel 1-2x/month for conferences
Strong Plus
  • Insurance industry experience (sold to or worked in)
  • Insurtech background (Lemonade, Root, Hippo, Coalition, etc.)
  • AI/ML or workflow automation sales
  • Series A/B startup experience
  • YC or a16z portfolio company background
