🚀 Outside Sales Account Executive – San Francisco, CA

We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset
: someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment.

This is a territory-based role (San Francisco, CA) focused on building a book of business from the ground up within the SMB market.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively prospect SMBs through cold calls, in-person visits, and local networking
  • Lead consultative meetings with business owners and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships
  • Attend local trade associations and networking events
  • Keep pipeline activity and forecasts up to date in a CRM (Hub Spot)
  • Collaborate internally to deliver qualified talent solutions to clients
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience building a book of business and managing a territory
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face meetings
  • Strong pipeline and CRM management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Exposure to construction, home services, or professional services
  • Base salary starting at $50,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Year 1 OTE: $150K–$200K
  • Monthly health insurance stipend
  • 401(k) with company match
