Location: San Francisco, CA
Company Stage of Funding: Seed-stage (well-capitalized, venture-backed)
Office Type: Onsite (5 days/week)
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $250,000–$300,000+)

Founded by experienced operators and backed by top-tier investors, the company has achieved strong product-market fit and scaled rapidly over the past year, serving hundreds of customers ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprises.
With a small, high-performing team and a clear growth trajectory, this is an opportunity to join at an early stage and help define how the company scales its go-to-market motion. The team operates in-person out of San Francisco and values ownership, speed, and high standards.
What You Will Do- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from initial outreach through close
- Sell consultatively to founders, executives, and finance leaders across startups, nonprofits, and growth-stage companies
- Work inbound and outbound leads across multiple deal cycles, from fast closes to more complex, multi-month sales
- Build deep product knowledge and become a trusted advisor to prospective customers
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and growth teams to refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
- Contribute directly to building scalable sales processes as an early member of the revenue team
- Develop long-term customer relationships that drive referrals and expansion opportunities
- 2–5 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, ideally at an early-stage startup (Seed–Series C)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or fintech solutions; exposure to finance buyers is a strong plus
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with minimal structure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to sell value, not just features
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to work closely with a small, high-caliber team in person
- Fintech, payments, banking, or financial software sales experience
- Background working with startups, SMBs, or nonprofit organizations
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments
- Demonstrated competitive mindset through athletics, entrepreneurship, or other high-performance pursuits
- Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000
- On-target earnings: $250,000–$300,000+, with uncapped commission
