Dabwoods is one of the most recognizable cannabis lifestyle brands, known for pushing the boundaries of flavor, innovation, and consumer experience. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to help expand across key markets and retail partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands the cannabis retail landscape, and is passionate about building strong, long‑term customer relationships. The Sales Account Manager will oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting new accounts to supporting existing partners and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively sell Dabwoods products to new and existing accounts, including dispensaries, distributors, and key retail partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow‑up.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong relationships, consistent reorder activity, and brand growth.
- Educate retail partners on Dabwoods product lines, device innovations, and upcoming launches.
- Coordinate promotional strategies, merchandising opportunities, and in‑store visibility initiatives.
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and product recommendations based on customer needs and market demand.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within CRM tools, including follow‑ups and account notes.
- Collaborate internally with marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner visits to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (cannabis industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of cannabis retail environments, product categories, and consumer trends.
- Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for account visits, events, and trade shows as needed.
